职位描述
JOB RESULT AREAS: A) Attain Quata B) Grow Market Share and Expand Distribution Channel C) Increase End-User and Distributor Contact D) Incrase Product Knowledge and support distributor and end user to deliver more Company product application E) Manage Expenses PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES/DUTIES: 1. Provide promotional and liaison services for Company-branded fluid handling equipment to distributors and end users in finishing, sealant&adhesive industry in assigned territory; 2. Lay emphasis on building good businees realationship with material suppliers, finishing house, institute, integrator and association. 3. Develop new or special distributor in general industry. 4. Assist distributors in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans; 5. Enhance distributor sales&technical capability by training, demo, seminar and end user call. 6. Work with Marketing person for pricing, promotion, competitor information and related marketing initiatives. 7. Hunter program implement, submit timely and complete weekly activities report, monthly territory plan and key account plan update 8. Manage assigned responsibilities in compliance with Company policies and procedures. 9. Mange expenses within agreed-to limits. 10. Provide annual sales and marketing plan and expense plan for assigned market.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: ?Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, chemical engineering or equivalent. ?5 years successful sales or engineering experience in related industry ?Strong communication, resources management, business development and customer relationship management skills ?Effective oral, written and prsentation skills. ?Ability to work independently. ?Ability to work effectively with a variety of distributors and end users. ?Willing to travel. ?Fluent in English
